Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect very little, only what we need to send you our newsletter or write back to you, and we never sell it to anyone.
What we collect
Newsletter. When you sign up for Breakfast with Lisa and Josh, we keep your email address on our subscriber list, which is stored in a Google Sheet. Newsletters and our welcome email are sent through Resend, an email delivery service.
Contact forms. When you write to us through the site, your name, email address and message are emailed to us through Resend so we can reply.
Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to keep bots out. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page, and it is covered by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use your email address to send you the newsletter, and your message to answer you. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we only share it with the services named above, which handle it on our behalf.
Our own Google-connected tools
We run a few private tools, used only by the two of us, that connect to Google services (the YouTube Data API, the YouTube Analytics API and the Google Ads API) through Google sign-in. We sign in with our own Google accounts to read analytics and audience reports for our own YouTube channel and our own Google Ads account. These tools don't sign in anyone else, and they don't collect, store or share anyone else's Google account data.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our videos live on YouTube, which is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.
Unsubscribing and deleting your information
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. To have anything we hold about you deleted, email us@lisaandjosh.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
